Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a certified pediatric occupational therapist who can effectively address the needs of children with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities in a school environment. The pediatric occupational therapist is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with national norms of the state.

Responsibilities

Providing developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with national norms of the state.
Collaborating with parents and support staff.
Assessing students’ progress to help them achieve important learning milestones.
Addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities of children.
Developing tailored teaching plans.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy.
Proven working experience as an occupational therapist.
Fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply as training will be given by an experience OT.
Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media.
Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools (e.g., Katz ADL scale, Lawton IADL scale).
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession.

Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for a certified early special childhood educator who can effectively address the needs of children with physical, mental, emotional, and learning disabilities in a centre / school environment. The early special childhood educator is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate programs that are aligned with national norms of the state.

Web Application Developer (PHP)

Job Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate (Diploma or Bachelor's degree) who is passionate about web development and eager to learn and grow in the field. As a Web Application Developer, you will begin working with, PHP to develop and maintain web applications, while also having the opportunity to expand your skills in areas like AI technologies, Flutter (for cross-platform mobile/web apps), and system integrations like Point of Sales (POS) systems, Appointment Systems, and SQL Accounting Software Integration. If you are eager to learn and use the latest technologies, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and other web technologies
Collaborate with teams to create and enhance systems such as Point of Sales (POS), Appointment Systems, and SQL Accounting Software Integration.
Utilize AI technologies (such as machine learning and automation) to enhance the functionality and intelligence of web applications, improving processes like data analysis, automation, and decision-making
Contribute to Flutter development for building cross-platform mobile and web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the applications perform well across devices and browsers.
Participate in regular testing and debugging, ensuring applications are compatible and performant across different environments.
Work closely with other developers to design and implement scalable, secure, and robust system architectures.
Continuously improve knowledge in AI tools and technologies, Flutter, and emerging trends in web development.
Assist in database management and ensure the efficient flow and storage of data.
Collaborate with the team to find innovative solutions to challenges that arise during development.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Interest in PHP development and a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Basic understanding of MySQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of AI technologies (such as machine learning, automation, and data processing) and how to implement them within web applications.
Willingness to learn and grow in areas like Flutter for mobile and web development.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach technical challenges creatively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate on projects.
Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandotory)

Experience or exposure to AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with Flutter for cross-platform development.
Exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
Knowledge of third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) for deployment.

6. One Account per Identification Card Number

Users acknowledge and agree that only one account is permitted per identification card number. R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to verify and enforce this policy. Duplicate accounts may be subject to deletion without notice.

7. Account Deletion for Non-Attendance

Users further acknowledge and agree that if their child has not attended rehabilitation sessions for a consecutive period of three months, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to delete the user account associated with the child. This policy is implemented to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information within the Application.

8. Notification of Impending Deletion

Prior to the deletion of an account due to non-attendance, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. may, at its discretion, attempt to notify the user through the contact information provided during registration. However, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. is not obligated to provide such notifications, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up-to-date.

9. Data Retention Policy

Upon account deletion, R&R Occupational Therapy & Paediatric Rehabilitation Sdn. Bhd. may retain certain user data for a limited period as required by applicable laws and regulations. Users can refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on data retention practices.

10. Exceptions

Exceptions to the account deletion policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Users facing challenges or circumstances preventing their child's attendance should contact Centre Admin - info@pedsrehabsarawak.com to discuss their situation.
